* The Berry Tree is owner-operated and the owners are actively involved in the mall's day to day operations. There are NO dealer work days, unlike other Malls in Iowa, we do the selling for you.
* Advertising is a must in any business. The Berry Tree currently has two billboards on I-35. We also advertise in popular antique and travel publications.
Here at The Berry Tree we work hard, so you don't have to. We keep the mall exceptionally clean, neat and smelling nice. We have strict rules and regulations to control the type of merchandise to protect our dealers. You will not walk in to our Mall and think you are in a flea market nor craft show. Junk is just NOT allowed into the Mall. The owners monitor the booths and will ensure that all the booths are clean and neat with only Quality antiques.
* The Berry Tree offers you a variety of sizes of booths that can be customized to meet your needs.
* Plus, well lit large (6 ft x 4 ft x 18 in), locked glass showcases.
* With our sophisticated computerized system we can provide our dealers with up to date sales data ! Plus, we handle all your sales tax for you.
* Our fees and commission rates are below the area average. We also offer a NO Commission rate, this way you always know what your monthly fees are going to be.
* Pay periods are monthly! So only 12 payments a year. Unlike some of the other malls that bill you every 4 weeks in order to get an extra payment out of you, we are monthly!
